What Youll Do

As a Direct Support Professional Assistant youll be hands-on in helping individuals build independence confidence and meaningful daily livesboth at our facilities and out in the community.

Every day is different but your impact is always powerful.

• Support individuals with life skills training to promote independence and personal growth
• Assist with daily routines including personal care hygiene and wellness support
• Help implement individualized plans and track progress through documentation and data collection
• Provide compassionate care including medication administration and basic medical support
• Ensure safety by following risk dining wellness and seizure plans
• Encourage community involvement and help individuals engage in meaningful activities
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs including lifting and positioning when required
• Support the use and care of adaptive equipment
• Maintain a positive respectful and confidential environment at all times

Physical & Role Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs independently (and more with assistance)
• Willingness to assist with mobility transfers and personal care tasks
• Availability for additional hours when needed
