This role is essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience by efficiently managing parts inquiries orders and inventory support. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full parts sales process from initial customer inquiry through order fulfillment and invoicing
- Assist customers and service staff in identifying and sourcing the correct parts
- Coordinate with the Parts Manager to locate and procure out-of-stock items
- Process and track special orders ensuring timely follow-up and delivery
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status and arrival notifications
- Support inventory organization stocking and general warehouse duties as needed
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient department operations
- Adhere to all company policies safety standards and applicable regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred
- Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Capable of lifting 30 pounds regularly
- Comfortable using material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Ability to stand bend stoop kneel and reach throughout the workday
