Position: Rehab Aide

Location: St. Charles MO

Type of Employment: Full-Time

Schedule:M-F 8:00A- 4:30P
Compensation: Starts ant $18/hour increases based on experience.

In this role you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations.

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions reactions or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up overseeing a specific program serving as OSHA coordinator etc.)
• Clean sterilize and prepare equipment

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree in an OT Assistant program required
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) required
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
• Current State Drivers License in good standing required: Acquisition of a Class E license allowing for the operation of the bus

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification
• First aid certification
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
