Responsibilities:
We have a great team in Cedar City UT that works hard enjoys their jobs and has FUN together!
- Comfortable working independently performing routine nursing assistant procedures
- Managing patients care within the home setting
- Working in an EMR charting program
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Qualifications:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant License
- Active CPR Certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to patient centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
