Job Title: Senior HRIS Business Analyst

Job mode: 6 months renewable contract
Summary:
Were seeking a Senior HRIS Business analyst to which focuses on HRIS enhancements system integrations and regulatory compliance within a highly controlled financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend HRIS analysis solution design and implementation
- Drive HRIS integrations with payroll benefits finance and compliance systems
- Ensure data integrity security and regulatory compliance (e.g. SOX GDPR)
- Manage UAT cycles stakeholder workshops functional documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with Regional HR COEs IT teams and thirdparty vendors
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 8 years of HRIS experience
- Minimum 3 years in Banking / Financial Services
- Strong experience with Workday SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM
- Proven HRIS integration and system enhancement experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
