In our high-tech small production runs single part and prototype production you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components assemblies and systems made of glass glass ceramics and ceramics.

The Global L&KM Solution Manager at the Manufacturing Academy (MFA) is part of the global MFA team and is responsible for supporting the local activities roadmaps and key projects of the Berlin MF Academy as well as the global projects and services of the MF Academy (e.g. LSS learning technology competence management and learning analytics).

This role acts as a link between Berlin and the central MFA in Veldhoven and supports the Berlin plant in setting up its operating model in line with the concept of the Manufacturing Academy and in implementing the overarching factories roadmap (cross-factory) and other strategic initiatives of the Manufacturing Academy.

Role & Responsibilities

• Global contact person of the MF Academy as well as other academies for Berlin supports local and central L&KM activities global roadmaps breakthrough projects and other global and local initiatives
• Responsible for the implementation and further development of LSS at the Berlin location with a focus on the production organisation in cooperation with the ABS/HR/LSS organisation.
• Driving the cross-factory roadmap (e.g. API / FDM / ERP etc.) with a focus on Berlin
• Co-initiate drive and implement global GMF initiatives together with local training functions (HR T&L) e.g. competence management time to competence etc.
• Establishment of the MFA structure in cooperation with the local BF management the local training functions and their connection to the global MF Academy
• Responsible for the implementation of the MFA organisational model / concept including the L3/L4 processes and best practices at the Berlin plant
• Continuous improvement of the user journey in existing technological learning infrastructure and support of the local connection of new technological solutions relevant for the MFA in cooperation with HR T&L
• Support knowledge management for structured knowledge assurance
• Management and organization of digital and technological projects including stakeholder management
• Develop concepts and decision-making frameworks that align global concepts with local requirements while simultaneously representing the BF globally with local best practices and co-initiating global improvements
• Coordination with MFA and BF regarding process standards
• Ensuring process consistency maturity and standard adoption (e.g. best practices or BKM) at the Berlin plant as well as at other global locations and the Manufacturing Academy
• Close cooperation with local roles such as Training Systems and Change Management and HR T&L etc.
• Identify systemic improvement possibilities and develop requirements solution designs and implementation plans for this purpose and implement them in coordination with the BF Management and the MFA
• Working with key stakeholders and teams at the ASML MF Academy to ensure effective and intensive information exchange and the provision of solutions and their implementation
• Promoting training quality management globally

Education & Experience

• University degree in economics social sciences or information sciences pedagogy engineering or similar qualification
• Skills in project management
• Many years of professional experience as a programme/solution manager preferably in the area of learning & knowledge management personnel development organisational development transformation management production management high-tech industry or a comparable field
• Experience with international global process project and change management initiatives
• High digital and technical affinity; quick understanding of system logic data flows and tool landscapes
• High analytical skills conceptual strength and excellent communication skills in an international global context
• Working in a dynamic work environment with high flexibility
• Stakeholder management at local global and management level and experience in working with works councils
• Ability to work in English-speaking global networks manage change processes and motivate stakeholders
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Negotiation-proof in German and English

Der Global L&KM Solution Manager der Manufacturing Academy (MFA) ist Teil des globalen MFA-Teams und betreut die lokalen Aktivitäten Roadmaps und Breakthrough Projekte der Berliner MF Academy sowie die globalen Projekte und Services der MF Academy (z.B. LSS Lerntechnologie Kompetenzmanagement und Lernanalytik).

Diese Rolle ist Bindeglied zwischen der Berliner Fertigung und der Zentralen MFA in Veldhoven und unterstützt das Berliner Werk beim Aufbau seines Operating Models nach dem Vorbild der Manufacturing Academy sowie bei der Umsetzung der übergreifenden Factory Roadmap (werksübergreifend) und weiterer strategischer Initiativen der Manufacturing Academy.

Die Stelle ist dem Berliner Bereich Operational Excellence unterstellt und arbeitet eng mit dem Berlin Factory Training System & Change Manager im Bereich Operational Excellence und anderen lokalen und globalen Schnittstellen zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Globaler Ansprechpartner der MF Academy sowie weiterer Akademien für Berlin unterstützt lokale und zentrale L&KM-Aktivitäten globale Roadmaps Breakthrough Projekte und andere globale und lokale Initiativen
• Verantwortlich für die Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von LSS am Berliner Standort mit Fokus auf die Fertigungsorganisation und in Zusammenarbeit mit der ABS/HR/LSS-Organisation.
• Vorantreiben der cross-factory Roadmap (z.B. API / FDM / ERP etc.) mit einem Berliner Fokus
• In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Trainingsfunktionen (HR T&L) z.B. im Bereich Kompetenzmanagement Time to Competence etc. initiieren weiterentwickeln und erfolgreich umsetzen.
• Aufbau der MFA-Struktur in Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen BF-Management den lokalen Trainingsfunktionen und deren Anbindung an die globale MF Academy

• Entwickeln von Konzepten und Entscheidungsrahmen die globale Konzepte mit lokalen Anforderungen in Einklang bringen und die BF global mit lokalen Best Practices vertreten und globale Verbesserungen mitinitiieren
• Abstimmung zwischen MFA und BF bzgl. Prozessstandards
• Sicherstellung von Prozesskonsistenz Reife und Standardanwendung (z.B. Best Practices oder BKM) im Berliner Werk sowie an anderen globalen Standorten und der Manufacturing Academy
• Systemische Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten identifizieren und dazu Anforderungen Lösungsentwürfe und Implementierungspläne entwickeln und in Abstimmung mit dem BF Management und der MFA umsetzen
• Zusammenarbeit mit wichtigen Stakeholdern und Teams der ASML MF Academy um einen wirksamen und intensiven Informationsaustausch sowie die Bereitstellung von Lösungen und deren Umsetzung zu gewährleisten
• Qualitäts-Management weltweit fördern

Deine Qualifikationen

• Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschafts- Sozial- oder Informationswissenschaften Pädagogik Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Qualifikation im Projektmanagement
• Langjährige Berufserfahrung als Programm-/Solutionmanager vorzugsweise im Bereich Learning & Knowledge Management Personalentwicklung Organisationsentwicklung Transformationsmanagement Produktionsmanagement Hightech-Industrie oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
• Erfahrung mit internationalen globalen Prozess- Projekt- und Change Management Initiativen
• Hohe Digitalaffinität und technische Affinität; schnelle Erfassen von Systemlogik Daten-Abläufen und Tool-Landschaft
• Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten konzeptionelle Stärke und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit im internationalen und globalen Kontext
• Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld mit hoher Flexibilität
• Stakeholder-Management auf lokaler globaler und Management-Ebene und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten
