SummaryThe Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. This role involves managing staff optimizing workflows and maintaining high standards of service and productivity across various departments. The Operations Manager provides operational support to senior management assisting with budgeting reporting and strategic planning. Coordination with different departments to streamline processes and drive business growth is essential along with fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Leadership and expertise are crucial in achieving the organizations goals and contributing to its overall operations to meet net profit performance against annual productivity in order to meet established location all personnel activities including hiring training retention and performance administrative functions for customer needs provide solutions and recommend improved relationships with key customer accounts through regular pricing and delivery dates locate products create purchase orders and ensure high levels of customer profitable market share by presenting value-added services and excellent customer service across all safe practices and environments in offices and adherence to all policies by in budget development with corporate performance evaluations of each staff member twice per develop accounts portfolio and explore new markets to corporate initiatives and intra-departmental communications/coordination and resource buildings grounds equipment and vehicles in accordance with company Requirements & QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelors degree or equivalent work experience in management or sales; or 3-5 years industry related management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
