Role: Principal Devops/ Platform Lead

Requirements

8 years of experience in infrastructure DevOps cloud or platform engineering roles

Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines at scale

Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform Bicep or similar)

Experience working in hybrid or cloud environments (Azure experience preferred)

Experience automating build deployment and infrastructure workflows

Strong scripting or automation skills (PowerShell Python or similar)

Experience integrating security into delivery pipelines

Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience modernizing enterprise DevOps practices

Experience with container platforms or Kubernetes environments

Experience implementing GitOps or modern deployment models

Familiarity with observability and reliability practices

Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments
