Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: United States (Remote/Onsite as applicable)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design develop and support enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. This role involves working across multiple modules including ITSM ITOM ITAM SPM HRSD FSM CMDB Service Portal and Mobile Agent.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience delivering scalable secure and upgrade-safe solutions using ServiceNow best practices with a focus on automation integrations and user experience. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective platform solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure Business Rules Client Scripts Flow Designer workflows and Service Catalog items
- Build and maintain CMDB models Service Portals and mobile experiences
- Implement REST and SOAP integrations
- Support platform releases testing and upgrades
- Ensure platform governance performance and quality standards
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews documentation and mentoring
Basic Qualifications:
- 7 years of overall software development experience
- 4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
- 3 years of experience with ITSM or CSM modules
- Strong JavaScript development skills
- Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies
- ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA CAD or equivalent)
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow platform issues
- Advanced scripting experience within ServiceNow
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM principles
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
