Key Responsibilities- Manage and respond to emails messages and calendar scheduling
- Perform data entry document management and file organization
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and spreadsheets
- Conduct basic online research and compile findings
- Support social media management (posting scheduling engagement)
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic support
- Maintain records and update databases
- Assist with task tracking and project coordination
- Intermediate or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
