Your Role:

In this role Functional Product Specialist will work closely with stakeholders architects and delivery teams to shape enhance and support ServiceNow products in line with Digital strategy enterprise architecture and bestpractice standards. Youll play a handson role across BAU support product enhancements upgrades and roadmap delivery operating in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.

• Strong handson experience across ServiceNow products (e.g. ITSM CSM HRSD or similar)
• Proven ability to translate business and user needs into effective ServiceNow solutions
• Experience supporting live platforms including Level 3 product support
• Strong understanding of governance quality standards and industry best practices
• Confidence working across multiple stakeholders in complex Digital environments

Qualification and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in Information systems related discipline or equivalent experience
• 5 years handson experience delivering enhancing and supporting enterprise technology solutions with strong ServiceNow platform experience
• Proven experience across endtoend product or program implementations delivering fitforpurpose solutions in highpressure environments
• Strong background in ServiceNow design configuration integration testing documentation and solution assurance across onprem and cloud environments
• Demonstrated experience providing Level 3 product support including upgrades roadmap delivery and live production issues
• Solid experience working in Agile and DevOps environments using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to evaluate multiple solution options optimise outcomes and confidently recommend bestfit approaches
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders
• Experience working with the ITIL framework.
