POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Support Technician provides project based administrative support to the consulting department.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
The Clinical Support Technician reports directly to the Chief Clinical Officer. The Clinical Support Technician works directly with the Consultant Pharmacists Nurse and Pharmacy Consultants.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide project-based administrative support to the Grane Rx clinical consulting team managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) and other clinical/pharmacy software platforms to support daily operations
Develop and maintain reports meeting minutes manuals agendas and statistical summaries from drafts notes and verbal instructions
Perform data analytics and generate actionable insights to support internal and external customer needs including quality metrics and outcome tracking
Serve as the primary administrator for the Grane Rx web-based customer portal including posting and updating materials conducting audits onboarding new users and providing ongoing user support and troubleshooting
Generate format and distribute clinical reports to consultant pharmacists nurses and pharmacy consultants in a timely and accurate manner
Support compliance and regulatory documentation efforts ensuring materials are maintained in accordance with HIPAA and applicable standards
Manage electronic document storage and organization ensuring files are current accessible and properly maintained
Coordinate virtual meetings and remote consultation logistics including scheduling preparing materials and managing follow-up documentation
Perform accurate data entry and maintain logs workbooks and databases to support clinical operations
This position may require work outside normal business hours to meet the needs of the consulting department
Perform additional duties as required
EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma is required.
At least two years of administrative support experience; pharmacy experience is preferred.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Microsoft Office Products including Word Outlook Excel Publisher and PowerPoint
