Project Coordinator

Location: Philadelphia / NYC (Greater Region) Travel
Compensation: Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
Employment Type: This is a full time hourly non-exempt role

The Mission

At Springboard Automation we enhance luxury homes with technology. We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is organized sharp calm under pressure and ready to help drive luxury residential projects forward with excellence.

This is not a back-office coordinator role. It is a hands-on operations role for someone who wants to grow. You will help keep projects moving support communication across the field and office and learn how great projects are run from pre-wire through final commissioning.

What Youll Do

• Support the successful execution of luxury residential technology projects from start to finish
• Help coordinate field teams subcontractors vendors and internal stakeholders
• Attend job site meetings walkthroughs and coordination meetings
• Track project progress open items and upcoming needs so nothing slips
• Help manage scheduling materials documentation and field communication
• Communicate clearly with clients builders designers and trade partners
• Work closely with senior project managers installers programmers and sales/design
• Identify issues early escalate appropriately and help drive solutions
• Support project closeout punch lists training coordination and final turnover

What You Need

• 1 years of relevant experience in project coordination or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through
• Clear professional communication skills
• Ability to manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture
• Comfort working both in the field and in an office environment
• Professional presence with clients builders designers and trade partners
• Valid drivers license
• Willingness to travel as needed

Experience with luxury residential construction AV integration lighting control shading networking or project coordination is a plus. If you are sharp reliable and eager to learn we are open to training the right person.


Travel Expectation

• Primary Hubs: Projects in Philadelphia and NYC are common.
• The Road: Overnight stays are required.
• The Destinations: Longer-distance travel may occur including destinations such as Florida.
• Fully Covered: All business travel beyond a normal commute is fully covered.
