Supported Living Manager (Registered Manager) Reading - 55000 to 70000

You must hold NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care
You must have proven experience as a Registered Manager within complex care.
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Full-time permanent contract
Supported living and complex care setting
Location: Reading
On-call duties on a rota basis

What Youll Need

Level 5 in Health and Social Care
Minimum 4 years management experience within care ideally complex care
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a supported living or similar setting
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations audits and compliance
Confident leadership style with the ability to challenge and influence

What Youll Do

Oversee care planning and ensure safe effective delivery across the service
Manage risk safeguarding and regulatory compliance in line with CQC standards
Maintain accurate audit-ready records and lead internal audits
Control and monitor service budgets and operational performance
Lead develop and hold staff accountable for standards and outcomes
Contribute to business development and challenge senior stakeholders where required
