At 74Software University you will own a portfolio of employee training covering:

Business skills

Soft skills Management Culture and Leadership

In this role you ensure our learning offer - from curated thirdparty content (including LinkedIn Learning) to inhouse courses and virtual ILTs - is wellstructured governed and reliably delivered so employees can easily discover and access the right learning at the right time.

Acting as the single point of accountability you coordinate vendors facilitators collaborating closely with our Learning Experience team and HR stakeholders to shape execute and continuously improve learning programs applying strong operational discipline while helping HR turn intent into durable solutions. As our learning ecosystem is evolving youll have opportunities to contribute to digital innovation including AI-supported experiences and new learning technologies.

Responsibilities

Engage with HR and business stakeholders to intake and clarify learning needs.

Execute and manage your learning program end-to-end from intake to deployment and maintenance.

Drive execution of the 14-step workflow with clarity and discipline.

Source curate and structure content so employees can find and access it independently.

Coordinate and launch engaging virtual instructor-led training (vILT) sessions.

Use KPIs to monitor improve and report on program performance.

Qualifications

Must-haves

4 years in L&D with a focus on curating facilitating and designing HR or employee-facing training programs.

Instructional design background or equivalent practical experience.

Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

A consulting solution-oriented mindset: you ask why before designing how.

Discipline in applying governance workflows and documentation.

Comfort working with multiple stakeholders across regions and domains.

Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms: Workday and Docebo preferred.

Ability to interpret learning data and KPIs to inform decisions.

Ability to translate HR priorities into clear learning needs briefs and measurable outcomes.

Nice-to-haves

Experience in SaaS/software environments or corporate universities.

Curiosity about AI and digital learning tools.

Interest in experimenting with AI-supported learning experiences and automation in learning operations.

Fluency in French.
