We are looking for aProduction Merchandiser (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. This position is limited to 1 year.

What you can expect:

• Your tasks include managing international suppliers with a strong focus on production and end-to-end process reliability.
• Together with internal stakeholders you will take responsibility for strategic management of the production flow from order placement to handover to the freight forwarder and arrival at the warehouse.
• As the central point of contact you act as a link between suppliers logistics partners and internal departments ensuring smooth coordination timely updates and quick issue resolution.
• At the same time you optimize production and supply processes with a focus on digitalization simplification and efficiency.
• You create meaningful reports analyses and dashboards on production status delays and product availability ensuring high-quality data foundations and clear decision support.
• You take on the review of invoices and proper order closure analyze key performance indicators with confidence and derive concrete recommendations for action.

Your profile:

• You have a successfully completed degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship and ideally at least 2 years of experience in procurement controlling or production coordination.
• You are a team player with a strong personality: committed service-oriented flexible and confident in your demeanor combining analytical and structured thinking with a pragmatic solution-oriented approach and a high sense of responsibility.
• You possess excellent numerical and analytical skills as well as an independent proactive and structured way of working strong decision-making skills and clear result orientation.
• You are digitally savvy: proficient in MS Office especially Excel and experienced with SAP MM/PP and BIS; advanced knowledge of Analysis for Office (AO) enables you to use modern tools effectively and optimize processes.
• You communicate confidently in English (spoken and written) and ideally also in German; additional foreign language skills are a plus and underline your international orientation.
