Job Summary
About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our production team at our MCC Scoresby site. This is a hands-on role where you will support the finishing and preparation of printed packaging labels before they are shipped to previous print industry experience is needed. Relevant experience in manufacturing warehousing packing or machine operation is required. This role suits someone who enjoys practical work learning new equipment and being part of a supportive team environment. You will be working in a clean safety-focused facility with modern equipment and clear : Monday Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (36-hour week).Your DutiesSet up and operate print finishing equipment in line with the production quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications and company and transfer finished goods to the dispatch holding printers and the wider manufacturing team as quality assurance procedures safe work practices and maintain a clean organised YouMechanical aptitude is preferred along with initial experience in operating in a manufacturing environment - label or print experience is an advantage but not essential (full training provided).Basic computer attention to detail and ability to distinguish colours capable of manual handling working around moving machinery (no motion sensitivity).Eligible for Australian working BenefitsCompetitive onsite & global career health insurance help employees thrive at home & at work we offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Employee referral program our employees are rewarded for helping us find great & inclusive of an organisation that strongly believes in sustainability goals.
