Good Business Labis an independent non-profit labor innovation company. We use rigorous academic research to prove that worker well-being programs have business impacts. The founders of the lab are Ach Adhvaryu - Professor of Economics and Director of 21st Century India Center at the School of Global Policy and Strategy UC San Diego () Anant Ahuja-head of Organization Development at Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd. and Anant Nyshadham- Assistant Professor of Business Economics and Public Policy at the University of Michigan ().

Role: Enumerator
Location: Bangalore or Delhi

Start date:ASAP (applications being accepted on a rolling basis)
Salary: Rs.1000/day

Length of Commitment: 3 months (may be slightly longer depending on project needs)

About the role:

Good Business Lab (GBL) is currently hiring Phone Survey Enumerators (Office-Based) for an ongoing Crèche Support Project. This is a phone-based survey role requiring consistent calling and accurate data entry using SurveyCTO forms on a tablet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone surveys with respondents
• Accurately record responses using SurveyCTO
• Maintain daily targets and data quality
  
• Ensure data quality and adherence to survey protocols

Who are you

• Bachelors degree (Social Sciences or related field preferred)
• This role involves regular interaction with women workers; therefore we are currently prioritizing female candidates.
• Proficiency in Kannada or Hindi (read and speak)
• Fresh can apply if they have strong communication skills in Hindi or Kannada and are comfortable with phone-based interaction
• Prior experience in surveys tele-calling or fieldwork
• Strong communication and diligence
