Position Summary:

HUGO BOSS is a world market leader in the premium fashion and luxury segment of the apparel market. The Savannah Distribution Center currently receives/ships approximately 11M units to 212 Retail stores and over

800 Wholesale points of sale.

The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for assisting Transportation Associates in routing wholesale customer orders and maintain accurate SAP data entries related to Transport Units.

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Execute routing of Hugo Boss lower- volume wholesale orders using online customer portals or via email communications.
• Assist in shipping Hugo Boss Retail store order routing with nominated carriers.
• Maintain accurate Yard Monitor and Shipping Report data entry in SAP with current ship dates.
• Create and maintain outbound shipment reports.
• Day-to-day monitoring of HB orders ensuring on-time delivery to our Retail and Wholesale channels
• Develop excellent relationships with customers transportation representatives and maintain open lines of communications to address all inquiries.
• Collaborate with Hugo Boss Control Center and Shipping teams to ensure accurate order volumes and transportation capacity planning.
• Supporting additional projects and initiatives as identified by the business.
• Create and maintain analytical reports related to outbound transportation volumes.
• Manage bill of lading archival requirements.

Your profile:

Qualifications:

• High School Degree or equivalent required; completion of any industry-related courses is preferred
• 1-2 years experience in distribution center environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel and analytics.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and expand beyond current role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a diverse environment; able to effectively communicate with multiple levels of the organization
• Must be comfortable working with individuals of various languages and cultures
• Organized and able to prioritize daily workloads.
• Strong knowledge of the distribution center operations warehouse management system.
