Flexible Schedule Shifts:Monday to Friday rotating Saturdays; when you work on a Saturday you have a day off during the week. We offer three different schedule shift options.
- 7 am 4 pm
- 8 am 5 pm
- 9 am 6 pm
The Role of the Shop Forman
The Foreman ensures that all mechanical repairs meet or exceed customer expectations and company standards while actively developing technicians into high-performing Partner-level contributors.
This role blends hands-on technical leadership with accountability for shop efficiency repair quality and team growth. The Foreman serves as the primary bridge between technicians service advisors and management.
Technical & Quality Leadership
- Oversee repair quality across mobile service operations
- Perform and enforce quality control checks during repairs and at job completion
- Identify workmanship-related comebacks and determine root cause
- Investigate repair failures and educate technicians on correct procedures
- Provide real-time technical support to on-site technicians
Team Development & Performance
- Lead educate and mentor technicians under management
- Build technician skill sets to increase efficiency and billed hours
- Set and monitor individualized billed-hour goals per technician
- Coach technicians on documentation workflow and repair strategy
- Uphold Partner Technician standards for professionalism and independence

Qualifications
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background screening.
- Regular attendance and punctual
- Wears a proper Garavel uniform
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of a Service Technician Apprentice the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to frequently move in and out of vehicles frequently
- Required to test drive all vehicles
Work Conditions:
- All-weather toughness exposure to inclement weather
- Are often exposed to hazardous situations conditions and equipment that result in cuts bruises or minor burns.
- Work inside enclosed vehicles such as trucks cars and SUVs. Often work in cramped workspaces underneath vehicles that require getting into awkward positions.
- Regularly wear protective gear such as goggles or earplugs.
- Are exposed to contaminants such as antifreeze and chemical degreasers on a daily basis.
- Are exposed to sounds and noise levels that are distracting and uncomfortable on a daily basis.
- May sometimes work in cold or hot temperatures
