The Recruiting Team @ Pave
Pave is opening its first engineering office outside of the US and were looking for a recruiter to help us build it. This is a founding role in the truest sense you will be the first dedicated recruiter on the ground in Krakow shaping how we show up as an employer in the Polish market and helping us hire the engineers who will define the offices culture and trajectory. You wont be working from a fully established playbook; youll be helping write it. If you want to own a recruiting function rather than execute within one this is the role.
Day-to-day youll run full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles and support hiring across other functions as we scale. Youll partner closely with hiring managers in Krakow and the US manage candidate pipelines and make sure every candidate has a great experience whether or not they get an offer.
What Youll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and non-engineering roles in the Krakow office
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn local networks and other creative channels
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements calibrate on candidates and move quickly on strong profiles
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end clear communication timely feedback and a process that reflects well on Pave
- Help build and document recruiting processes tooling and workflows as the office scales
- Work alongside or manage relationships with external agencies where needed
- Occasionally support office and event coordination as the Krakow team grows helping organize team gatherings offsites or office logistics on an as-needed basis
- Own the closing process for high caliber candidates while selling Paves mission
What Youll Bring
- 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing skills comfortable going beyond inbound and finding candidates who arent actively looking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Based in or willing to work from Krakow
- Experience with Greenhouse Gem LinkedIn Recruiter & Modernloop (bonus!)
