Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Analyst Last Mile to join our team in Smyrna TN.
In this role you will ensure parts arrive at the plant on time by tracking performance and quickly responding to supply issues. You will also help design and implement improvements to safety efficiency and cost using strong problem-solving data analysis and collaboration skills.
This is a night shift position with a high potential to work weekends holidays and extended overtime at various locations in Smyrna ILC NSRC NBC.
A Day in the Life:
The responsibilities listed are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties for this role. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support business objectives.
Oversee and assist with 3PL operational compliance warehouse/yard 5S compliance root cause analysis and reporting process mapping and resolution.
Collect process and time data on operational aspects of a large-scale value-chain.
Evaluate overall capacity and identify bottleneck processes for potential improvement using standardized problem-solving skills.
Become proficient in upstream and downstream internal customer operations including Inbound Transportation Warehouse Operations International SCM Onsite Transportation and Packaging.
Create and maintain internal performance reports; measure track sustain and improve relevant KPIs to ensure departmental objectives are met.
Train others in the use of WMS and YMS.
Who Were Looking for:
Required:
02 years of related warehouse supply chain or operations experience or 8 years of equivalent experience in place of a degree.
Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
MS Office experience including Excel Access Word and PowerPoint.
3PL/Supplier root cause incident analysis.
Experience with executive summary reporting/tasking.
Ability to analyze warehouse space for efficiency improvements.
Ability to work on-site in Smyrna TN.
Desired:
Experience with Tableau SQL and Snowflake is strongly preferred.
WMS YMS and/or CICS analysis experience.
Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills across all management levels.
Ability to learn new functions.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time for warehouse and yard audits.
