Shipping Supervisor

Staff Management Group is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for our client in Fairless Hills PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 8:30AM - 5PM
• Monday - Friday
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate:

• $23 / hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to support warehouse operations by picking inspecting packing and preparing clothing items for shipment. This role is responsible for ensuring order accuracy maintaining product quality and meeting daily productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily shipping activities and staff
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments
• Verify shipping documents labels and inventory records
• Coordinate with warehouse receiving and customer service teams
• Monitor shipping schedules and resolve delays or issues.

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish.
• Previous experience in shipping logistics or warehouse operations
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
