Position Summary:
The Production Supervisor for the Leo Dispenser is responsible for leading a fast-paced rate-driven manufacturing environment. This role ensures execution across cost quality schedule and safety while supporting increasing production demands and workforce growth. The supervisor will lead a multifunctional team and drive performance to meet program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily production operations in a high-tempo rate production environment
Ensure adherence to cost quality schedule and safety (CQSS) targets
Supervise and support a team of production employees ensuring proper staffing and coverage
Coordinate across multifunctional teams (engineering quality supply chain planning) to resolve issues and maintain flow
Drive on-time delivery across multiple shipsets and tiered build structures
Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to address gaps
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and compliance with all safety requirements
Ensure product quality standards are met and reduce defects/rework
Support hiring onboarding and training of new employees as production ramps
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce cost
Communicate status risks and recovery plans to leadership

Basic Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing production or operations leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Strong understanding of rate production and workflow management
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in aerospace or complex assembly manufacturing
Background leading multifunctional teams
Knowledge of lean manufacturing / continuous improvement principles
Experience managing tiered production builds or multiple shipsets
Familiarity with production metrics and performance tracking tools

• Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
