Job Summary

Provides support to customers in India ensuring a high level of customer service.
Be able to perform on site Commissioning Maintenance and workshop repairs activities on Pumps and Turbines
Coordinates with Service Manager in the planning of activities in the workshops and on customer sites to ensure optimum customer service levels and timely response to customer needs.
Coordinates with Engineers in CSF to resolve technical issues and improve or solve reliability issues with equipment and machinery.
Works closely with BU Service teams in France regarding trouble shooting commissioning and other service issues.
Responsible for contributing to CSI service revenue objectives
Demonstrate High Level of Commitment towards Safety

Participate in compliance with relevant processes and procedures concerning site visits and product safety
