Marketing Manager

We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to support the development of the product vision and strategy with a focus on the growth of our Lottery portfolio. The Marketing Manager is the key SME when it comes to all things related to product marketing identifying and delivering on the defined marketing goals within the team. The role will be accountable for identification evaluation recommendation and implementation of marketing initiatives that will increase revenue and profitability and drive excellent customer experiences.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Product Owner iLottery Marketing you will be empowered to:

  • Support and manage integrated marketing strategies tactics and campaigns to promote full-funnel consumerfacing lottery products across all channels including digital social CRM experiential promotions PR and owned platforms.

  • Lead endtoend campaign delivery from planning and concept development through execution optimization and postcampaign analysis and budget management ensuring alignment to product and business objectives.

  • Partner with Analytics to generate insights improve campaign performance monitor KPIs and recommend pivots based on market trends and results.

  • Support the Product Lead in developing annual revenue targets identifying key initiatives and making datadriven recommendations to maximize acquisition and retention and deliver against corporate sales targets.

  • Lead creative development in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies ensuring brand consistency and strong creative execution across all assets.

  • Own assigned product development initiatives from ideation to launch including game branding look and feel prize structures timelines testing and market implementation.

  • Identify evaluate and recommend new marketing product and channel opportunities working closely with Research to assess concepts brand enhancements and line extensions using insights and industry learnings.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Lottery and Digital teams Marketing Communications Legal Compliance Finance Technology and external vendors and agencies to ensure aligned compliant and effective campaign and product delivery.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME

Education & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies full-funnel expertise informed by industry trends and digital performance data user needs and pain points to shape effective marketing approaches.

  • Comfortable working with technology and IT tools to enable datadriven marketing strategies and unlock new promotional opportunities.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (3-5 years) work experience.

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in marketing or product management with a strong focus on directtoconsumer growth marketing including digital and omnichannel channels such as media email CRM owned assets and social.

Relevant Skills:

  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs to tell a compelling story

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a multi-disciplined environment including technology new product development product design promotion merchandising advertising public relations and market research.

  • Strong problem solver with ability to find solutions to drive progress often with a high level of ambiguity
