組織概要Salesforceの公共ビジネス事業開発本部Public Sector Business Development: PSBDは公共のお客様がSalesforceプラットフォームを最大限に活用し組織目標を達成できるよう支援する専門組織です
中央省庁地方自治体非営利団体などの公共領域において事業開発プランの立案実行を担うとともに政策提言やエコシステム形成にも関与しています

本部は社内の営業コンサルティングマーケティングなど複数部門と密に連携しながら日本における公共DXの推進をリードする役割を担っています

職務概要 本ポジションはPSBD本部の円滑な運営を支えるオペレーションおよびアドミニストレーションの中核的役割を担います協議会運営支援業務オペレーションの支援翻訳業務の3つの業務領域を関係者と連携しながら業務を推進いただきます単なる事務処理に留まらず業務の効率化や品質向上に主体的に関与し公共領域における事業推進を支える重要なポジションです

主な役割と責任
本部長および担当の指示に基づき主に以下の業務を遂行していただく予定です
組織運営協議会運営支援
セールスフォースジャパン公共部門が入っている協議会コミュニティの運営支援
会議会のスケジュール調整および関係者との連携
会議資料の準備および議事録の作成管理
会議後のアクションアイテムの整理およびフォローアップ
オペレーション業務発注契約社内手続き
社内プロセスに基づく発注契約関連業務の実行
必要書類の確認管理
各種オペレーションに関するデータ管理および可視化
翻訳業務英語日本語
本社HQの製品資料の日本語翻訳
公共領域特有の文脈政策制度行政用語等に適した翻訳への最適化
AIツール等を活用した翻訳効率化および品質向上
顧客が理解しやすい表現への再構成

必須スキルと経験
優れたビジネスコミュニケーション能力社内外との調整経験
基本的にはメールやSlackを利用したコミュニケーションです
タスクスケジュール管理能力複数業務の並行対応
議事録作成やドキュメント作成の経験
基本的なPCスキル
Microsoft Office / Google Workspaceの実務利用経験
基本的な英語読解力翻訳ツールを活用した読み書きが可能なレベル
日本語でビジネスにおける高い文書作成能力
自律的に業務を進める能力および責任感

望ましい条件
官公庁自治体公共領域に関する業務経験または知識
プロジェクト管理または業務アシスタント経験
発注契約購買プロセスに関する実務経験
翻訳業務英日またはローカライズ経験
