Job Summary
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide in-person therapy services to students in a school-based setting. This role involves assessing diagnosing and treating speech language and communication disorders in a pediatric population.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
Provide speech and language therapy services to children and young adults.
Manage a caseload of approximately 30 students.
Collaborate with teachers parents and school staff to support student progress.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and planning.
Schedule & Work Environment
Day shift (7.5-hour shifts)
Full-time schedule (approximately 37.5 hours per week)
In-person role (no virtual option)
Potential assignment across multiple school locations (no same-day travel required)
Part-time candidates may be considered
Required Qualifications
Active Speech Language Pathologist license (state-specific required at submission)
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
