As a Quality Assurance Lead you will act as the strategic driver for quality integrity across the vendor network. You are responsible for designing the audit framework managing senior-level stakeholder relationships and ensuring that the Quality Assurance team effectively identifies and mitigates risk within vendor operations.

You Will:

• Lead the Audit the Auditor program to ensure global consistency in policy enforcement.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex quality disputes and policy interpretations between Roblox and vendor partners.
• Analyse large-scale quality data sets to provide executive-level insights on vendor performance and platform health.
• Design and implement calibration standards that align vendor quality outcomes with Roblox internal benchmarks.
• Mentor and develop Quality Assurance Associates to improve their technical auditing and analytical capabilities.
• Collaborate with Policy and Product teams to ensure quality rubrics are updated in real-time as platform features evolve.

You Have:

• At least 5 years of experience in operations quality management or audit with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a trust and safety environment.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale BPO quality operations and implementing process improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications in quality auditing or risk management are preferred.
• Data fluency (Tableau Looker or PowerBI) and proficiency in SQL or complex spreadsheet modeling.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and external vendor executives.
