As a Security Officer Dispatch Center in Eden Prairie MN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff visitors and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures dispatch protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities at a healthcare-related location.
• Monitor incoming calls alarms radio traffic and/or service requests and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents urgent requests and critical situations by gathering details documenting activity and communicating updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Support access control and other security-related operations by maintaining dispatch logs tracking routine and urgent activity and helping to coordinate responses across the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
