Manager Instandhaltungsplanung & Arbeitsvorbereitung (m/w/d)

Sie steuern unsere Instandhaltungsplanung im GMP-Umfeld. Mit Ihrem Team optimieren Sie Wartungsprozesse im CMMS Maximo gewährleisten maximale Anlagenverfügbarkeit und sorgen für compliance-konforme Abläufe.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

Planung & Steuerung Sie erstellen Wartungspläne (präventiv korrektiv projektbezogen) und terminieren Arbeitsaufträge unter Berücksichtigung von Produktionsplänen Ressourcen und GMP-Anforderungen.
CMMS-Management Sie pflegen und optimieren Wartungspläne im System integrieren neue Anlagen und stellen GMP-konforme Dokumentation sicher.
Teamführung Sie leiten und entwickeln Ihr Planning & Scheduling-Team führen Schulungen durch und fördern die Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion HSSE QS und Engineering.
Compliance & Qualität Sie gewährleisten die Einhaltung aller HSSE- und GMP-Richtlinien bereiten Audits vor und erstellen relevante SOPs.
KPI-Tracking & Optimierung Sie analysieren Kennzahlen wie Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Backlog identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale und berichten ans Management.

Damit überzeugen Sie uns:

Abgeschlossenes Studium (Ingenieurwesen Technisches Facility Management) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Planning & Scheduling idealerweise im GMP-Umfeld (Pharma/Medizintechnik)
Fundierte CMMS-Kenntnisse (Maximo von Vorteil)
Verständnis für Instandhaltungsstrategien und Asset Management
Sie arbeiten strukturiert und setzen auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen Prioritäten.
Sie vereinen Präzision in der Planung mit pragmatischer Umsetzungsstärke.
Sie denken analytisch und durchdringen komplexe Zusammenhänge erkennen Muster und leiten fundierte Entscheidungen ab.
Sie sind kommunikationsstark auf allen Ebenen und überzeugen durch Lösungen und ihren sicheren Blick für Optimierungspotenziale.
Ihr Team führend sie motivierend geben klare Orientierung und fördern individuelle Stärken.
