Where Youll Make a Difference

• Understand key customer concerns documentation needs and applicable regulatory requirements across relevant markets.

• Prepare documentation for customers.

• Respond to routine stakeholder and customer questions using established processes software tools and industry best practices.

• Identify potential regulatory or documentation issues and proactively escalates concerns.

• Ensure accuracy completeness and consistency of all generated documents and submissions.

• Follow established standard operating procedures and workflows with diligence and discipline.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all analyses and documentation tasks.

• Understand legislation and customer restrictions.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Life Science Biology Food Science or any other relevant discipline.

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in preferably within chemicals ingredients consumer products or similar industries.

• Strong technical and functional understanding of regulatory affairs and customer documentation.

• Prepare product documentation with accuracy and clarity.

• Solid problem-solving capabilities and ability to make informed decisions within defined frameworks.

• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills including strong verbal and written skills in English.

• Effective collaboration across functions and with international stakeholders.

• High attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Proficient in the use of computers and possess a working knowledge of associated office software packages (e.g. Word Excel and PowerPoint).

How Would You Stand Out

• Experience with regulatory IT systems digital documentation tools and databases.

• Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (e.g. EU US LATAM APAC).

• Prior experience in customer-facing documentation or technical regulatory support.
