Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
- Provide accurate information about products services and policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions
- Document customer interactions and update records as needed
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Meet performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus
- Excellent written communication and typing skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using computers chat platforms and CRM software
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace
