Responsibilities
Source and negotiate with bakery suppliers to secure quality products
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of bakery items
Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to guide purchasing decisions

Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility
Conduct regular audits of bakery products to ensure quality standards
Monitor sales performance and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Requirements
35 years of experience in bakery retail with multi-unit experience
Strong understanding of bakery merchandising inventory control shrink management and production flow
Strong knowledge of bakery products and market trends
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in inventory management and purchasing software
Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
