Job Summary
SD Sparkle Cleaning Co.
Pay:$20$25/hour (based on performance & reliability)
Schedule:Part-time to Full-time Weekdays primarily
Location:San Diego County (travel between jobs required)

What Youll Do
- Perform residential and move-out cleanings
- Handle short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
- Clean kitchens bathrooms floors and living spaces
- Dust detail and maintain high cleaning standards
- Follow SD Sparkle checklists and systems
- Work independently or with a small team
What Were Looking For
- Reliable and punctual (very important to us)
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to clean for extended periods
- Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
- Able to follow instructions and checklists
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not requiredwere happy to train the right person
Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone (for scheduling and communication)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
