Pay:$20$25/hour (based on performance & reliability)
Schedule:Part-time to Full-time Weekdays primarily
Location:San Diego County (travel between jobs required)

What Youll Do

Perform residential and move-out cleanings
Handle short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
Clean kitchens bathrooms floors and living spaces
Dust detail and maintain high cleaning standards
Follow SD Sparkle checklists and systems
Work independently or with a small team

What Were Looking For

Reliable and punctual (very important to us)
Strong attention to detail
Physically able to clean for extended periods
Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
Able to follow instructions and checklists
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not requiredwere happy to train the right person

Requirements

Valid drivers license
Reliable transportation
Smartphone (for scheduling and communication)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
