Social Worker Position:

This is a full-time permanent role
Monday through Friday schedule
Sign On Bonus Available!
Provide hands-on support and case management to a designated group of clients
The Social Worker plays a key role in enhancing the overall patient experience by prioritizing quality care timely service and seamless coordination throughout treatment

Social Worker Qualifications:

Candidates must hold an active Social Worker license
LICSW credentials strongly preferred
Previous experience in a hospital environment is a plus however not required
