Job Title - Grouting Operator
Execute drilling activities for SDA CTA and Rock Bolts as per approved design
Monitor drilling parameters including alignment depth and daily progress
Plan and execute TAM and Curtain Grouting operations
Control grout mix pressure and stage-wise grouting execution
Maintain detailed grouting logs and resolve site-related issues
Supervise waterproofing (WPT) works as per specifications
Ensure quality of material usage and application standards
Coordinate with clients/consultants for approvals and smooth execution
Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Plan daily and weekly site activities and monitor progress.
Prepare RA bills measurement sheets and billing documentation
Manage manpower materials and machinery mobilization
Ensure optimum utilization of available resources
Maintain quality standards and ensure safety compliance at site
Conduct regular safety checks and toolbox talks
Requirements
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / in Civil Engineering
Experience: 38 years in geotechnical works (drilling grouting rock bolting etc.)
Technical Skills: - Knowledge of SDA CTA drilling TAM & Curtain Grouting
- Experience in waterproofing works
- Billing knowledge (RA bills measurements)
Software Skills: - Basic knowledge of MS Excel Word and ERP systems
Other Skills: - Strong site management and coordination skills
- Ability to handle manpower and resources efficiently
- Good communication with clients and consultants
Location: Project Site (as per requirement)
