The Process Operator will perform a variety of duties including but not limited preparing mixing batching weights preparing ingredients according to approved recipes and formulas in a timely manner filling out all required Government and Company documentation inspection of work environment including equipment adjustments as necessary completing all required audits and tests according to company policy and procedure ensuring good housekeeping and 5S standards are met.

Job Duties:

• Complete and return all required documentation (e.g. HACCP SSOP Usage etc.)

• Inspect work environment for defects prior to startup (e.g. mixers belts v-mags augers cooling system tanks etc.) ensuring proper notification upon discovery (e.g. Team Coordinators Supervisor Maintenance)

• Verify ingredientsutilizingSAP.

• SafelyutilizingPIT ensuring good housekeeping and 5S standards are met

• Review consumptions ofProcessOrdersto ensure all items and quantities received are correct

• Perform viscosity and temperature checks and record the resultsadhering to company standards

• Ensure all changeover activities are complete including returning ingredients disposing of trash and cleaning and sanitizing equipment

• May perform other duties as assigned

• Complete CIL/CL asassigned

• Mustbe able to work in sanitation environment

• Must be able to work around strong chemicals aromas

• Wear PPE such as rubber gloves rubber boots bump hat glasses waterproof uniformex.

• Must be able to scrub by hand

• Ability to use high pressure hoses

KnowledgeSkillsand Abilities Required:

• Knowledge of GMPs and food allergens

• Ability to be HACCP Certified PIT Certified Chemical Certified Confined Space Certified and LOTO Certified

• Ability tooperatecomputer

• Ability toidentifyCritical Control Points (CCP)

• Ability to read a thermometer and metal detector check

• Knowledge of the 5S concept

• Ability to work with chicken products in addition to many other ingredients and allergens

Qualifications:

• Ability to work the scheduled/assigned times andovertime for position

• Ability to read write andcomprehendEnglish written instructions

• Excellent communication skills

• Must be well organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to work individually as well as with others as a team at all levels

• Intermediate math skills

• Ability to complete work requests for the correction of defects and improvements

• Ability tolift upto 70 lbs. repetitively

• Must be able to work in cold environment below 50 degrees

• Must have1 yearofcontinuous work history with no break in the past12 months

• At least 6 monthsManufacturing experiencepreferred
