Job Summary
Staff Management Group is seeking a Forklift (Order Picker) Operator for our client in Elizabeth NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: 2PM - 10:30PM
- Monday - Friday
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate:
- $17 / hour
Job Summary:
The Forklift (Order Picker) Operator will operate a cherry picker and order picker to transport the foods. They will also scan items for inventory tracking ensuring safety and efficiency while handling materials.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate an order picker forklift to pull and move inventory
- Pick and prepare orders using pick lists or RF scanners
- Stage palletize and organize products for shipping
- Perform basic equipment checks and follow all safety procedures
Job Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
- Experience operating an order picker (SPECIFICALLY)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Forklift certification needed
