Procurement Officer (Vendor Management)
We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented individual to join our Procurement team. This role is ideal for fast learners who are eager to build a career in procurement and vendor management. No prior experience is requiredcomprehensive guidance and on the job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its vendors.
• Respond promptly to vendor enquiries and assist in resolving issues.
• Review and evaluate new vendor registrations mMaintain and update vendor profiles /master data.
• Monitor and assist in tracking vendor performance to support continuous improvement and sustainability goals
• Coordinate and support vendor onboarding and training sessions.
• Assist in organizing company procurement events such as ProcureBiz and Suppliers Appreciation Night.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Economics / Business Administration / Supply Chain
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands-on experience in using SAP / Ariba / Oracle or any other ERP system will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently in a cooperative manner and under pressure environment.
• Immediate availability or within short notice is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
