Your responsibilities:
Support of EU Data Protection Officer
Acting as global business partner for data protection related enquiries
Advising and monitoring Data Protection compliance incl. Internal and external Audits (on-site/remote)
Supporting compliance with Fresenius Medical Cares corporate guidelines and governance policies
Identifying potential risks and developing appropriate (preventive) mitigating actions
Automating standard processes
Training on Data Protection and AI
Your Profile:
Law degree required
Additional certification in Data Protection and/or AI governance is a plus
3 years post-qualification experience in Data Protection
Sound knowledge of the GDPR the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the EU AI Act
New technology-oriented mindset
Advanced skills and experience in negotiating and advising on complex or high value/risk matters
Ability to translate a wide variety of principles and complex legal requirements into actionable solutions for the business
High degree of integrity confidentiality trust and accountability
Excellent organizational facilitation communication and presentation skills
Ability to work autonomously yet a team player
Strong result driven attitude flexible strong ethical backbone
Humor and self-modesty whilst working with highest professionalism and motivation for the company
Fluent in German and English
