Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 依据全国零售战略制定区域业务策略并执行优化分销网络以满足业务需求
- 监控经销商信用及运营状况控制风险
- 根据市场环境建立零售端进入市场的模式
- 协同商务团队按照经销商选择标准筛选合作伙伴培养并赋能合作伙伴以适配不同渠道的业务需求与区域合作伙伴建立长期合作关系
- 负责管理CSO合作伙伴拓展区域经销商网络通过有效管理达成业务目标确保合作伙伴遵守适用的公司政策流程及中国各项法规
- 与经销商/CSO合作扩大市场覆盖范围并确保零售药店供货顺畅
- 与BU中央市场及多渠道品牌策略负责人合作设计零售推广材料
- 确保100%完成所有全球及本地合规培训遵守适用的政策流程及其他法规
Qualifications & Skills:
- 本科及以上学历医药或相关专业
- 10年以上医药行业相关工作经验
- 较强的政策洞察能力以及经销商谈判能力
- 丰富的与经销商合同管理经验
- 较强的跨部门沟通能力和领导力
