Sourcing Engineer Sourcing Lead PCA (Product Change Assignment)

Location: Wrocław(primarily office-based)

About the role

We are looking for a Sourcing Engineer Sourcing Lead PCA to join our team and play a key role in driving product changes and improvements across our global sourcing organization.

In this position you will act as the Sourcing representative within cross-functional PCA (Product Change Assignment) teams ensuring optimal supplier contribution in terms of quality cost and timing.

This is an on-site position requiring regular presence at the office.

Your main responsibilities

• Act as the Sourcing representative in dedicated cross-functional PCA teams
• Drive sourcing activities and report progress to the PCA Lead
• Support resolution of maintenance and quality issues in line with global sourcing strategies
• Select suppliers based on sourcing strategies and supplier evaluations
• Obtain assess and negotiate quotations with suppliers
• Manage supplier contracts including technical specifications and pricing updates
• Coordinate pre-production samples tooling and approval processes
• Manage phase-in and phase-out of components
• Participate in supplier evaluations business reviews and sourcing strategy development
• Monitor and deliver on sourcing KPIs and targets
• Ensure cost optimization and budget alignment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Code of Conduct

Who you are

• You have experience in engineering and/or sourcing
• You hold a university degree in Engineering or equivalent
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
• You can read and interpret technical drawings
• You are comfortable working with MS Office and ERP systems
• Experience with ISO TQM or similar management tools is an advantage
• You have a driving license kat B
