As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist / Expert you will be working at the heart of HR projects and challenges with a high degree of visibility interacting with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage Annual Compensation Review process according to Thales standards and reporting rules;
- Cooperate closely with the Thales International Compensation & Benefits Team to implement on the country level policies processes and projects in line with the Group strategy;
- Provide C&B expertise and support to the Country HR Director and the country Management;
- Lead internal projects of Compensation & Benefits within the country;
- Maintain consistency in the categorization and evaluation of positions in the country and global dimension;
- Cooperate with remuneration survey providers;
- Take care to maintain a coherent remuneration policy preventing the risk of any underestimation and wage inequalities;
- Ensure the company offers an attractive package of benefits in comparison to the market;
- Support HR Partners and managers providing current market trends information on Compensation & Benefits practices/packages;
- Support other HR functions in job matching and compensation benchmarking for different locations across Poland;
- Together with the Country HR Director prepare manage and control of the salary budget;
- Support HRIS in the field of remuneration data correctness.
Our requirements:
- Tczew or Gdansk close location
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a position related to the analysis of remuneration and work with large amounts of data;
- Work experience in the HR department;
- Ability to work in an international organization in a matrix structure;
- Ability to build relations and cooperate with all level employees;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Ability to manage projects;
- Ability to create and analyze reports indicators;
- Very good communication & organization skills;
- University degree
- Fluent in Polish (mandatory) & English proficiency;
- Excellent in MS Office (Excel Power Point Word);
- Excellent in presenting and interpreting data;
