We are looking for an experienced CreativePattern Maker/Cutter BOSS Womenswear Design Lab(f/m/d) who is excited to shape our collections in a dynamic international environment. With your passion for fit proportion and garment construction you will help us translate our design vision into modern premium silhouettes that embody the BOSS brand.

What you can expect:

• Independent product development of all product groups (high focus on dresses jacket coat outerwear blouse jersey and leather)
• Excellent interpretation of the sketches by draping and modelling on the dummy innovative mock-up developments to match the seasonal trend request and brand DNA
• Close collaboration with Senior Designer and Atelier regarding product development
• Fitting and draping on the fitting model to implement alterations in a targeted and confident manner
• Accurate customization of runway pieces and very good ability to interpret runway pieces into commercial language
• Elaboration of Fashion Capsules Special Projects Celebrity pieces and custom orders

Your profile:

• Min. 5 years of professional experience as Creative Pattern Cutter Pattern Maker Modelleur/ Modellista preferably in international prêt à porter/high fashion companies
• Extraordinary feeling for the creative realization of the prototypes
• Very good sense for fit proportion fabrics trends as well as profound knowledge in production and processing techniques
• Experience in creative product development in various product groups and the associated different sourcing methods
• High willingness to innovate open to new ideas and working with an open mindset
• High flexibility hands-on mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fast efficient and committed to working under pressure in a changing and collaborative environment to be a self-starter and autonomous be resilient and result oriented
• CAD skills such as Assyst PLM Adobe Microsoft office etc.
• Excellent communication skills fluency in written and spoken English are a must
