Job Description:

This job is responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs and with product owners or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet client expectations including features security availability resiliency timelines and costs.

This Technology Product Manager role represents a significant leadership opportunity for an internal technology leader ready to expand their impact. The role owns technology strategy roadmap and delivery outcomes for two core Specialty Servicing functional domains playing a pivotal role in shaping how we modernize legacy platforms introduce workflow and orchestration capabilities and adopt AI-enabled solutions.

This position is intended for a proven contributor who is ready to:

Responsibilities:

  • Generates the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements industry trends regulations and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain

  • Communicates the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders product owners and the teams

  • Oversees the budget(s) for one or more products by working closely with finance partners on both personnel and non-personnel expenses

  • Provides input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support them

  • Ensures product availability by partnering closely with demand and capacity teammates

  • Develops business cases for new products and additional features for existing products

  • Partners with the product owners and the teams to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and subject-matter expertise and understanding of the business and industry trends

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated technology leadership with experience owning initiatives that span multiple teams or applications.

  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining accountable for execution and outcomes.

  • Strong executive communication and presence including the ability to influence without authority.

  • Deep understanding of software delivery lifecycles Agile and hybrid delivery models and dependency management.

  • Experience with solution design and architecture concepts even if not hands-on coding.

  • Proven ability to identify risks manage complexity and drive results in a regulated environment.

  • Data-driven mindset using insights and KPIs to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.

Core Accountabilities

Technology Vision & Transformation Leadership

  • Define and own the technology vision and multi-year roadmap for assigned Specialty Servicing domains.

  • Lead modernization efforts that reduce technical debt simplify workflows and enable scalable resilient platforms.

  • Champion the adoption of modern engineering practices workflow orchestration and AI-enabled capabilities.

Business Partnership & Strategic Alignment

  • Serve as the primary technology counterpart to Business Product leaders ensuring technology strategy aligns with business priorities and customer outcomes.

  • Translate business strategy into clear actionable technology capabilities and sequencing.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business partners on technology tradeoffs risks and opportunities.

Delivery Ownership & Execution Excellence

  • Ensure delivery plans feature prioritization and dependencies align to the agreed roadmap.

  • Participate in program- portfolio- and train-level planning and synchronization activities.

  • Serve as the primary technology escalation point for delivery risks proactively driving mitigation and resolution.

Cross-Domain Collaboration & Influence

  • Partner closely with Architecture Engineering Security Data and Shared Services to deliver optimized end-to-end solutions.

  • Influence across application and domain boundaries to promote reuse consistency and architectural integrity.

  • Support teams in developing system flows designs and solution approaches that align with enterprise standards.

Governance Risk & Quality

  • Identify assess and communicate technology risks and dependencies to senior leadership.

  • Contribute to business case development sizing and impact analysis including application team and investment implications.

  • Ensure solutions released to production meet business needs customer expectations and security and resiliency standards.
