Your New Role
The Senior Master Data Management Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy integrity and governance of customer master data across the enterprise. This role acts as a subject matter expert and day-to-day steward for business partner data supporting compliant transactions credit risk assessment reporting and operational excellence. The position partners closely with Order-to-Cash Procurement Sales Credit IT and Compliance teams to maintain high-quality master data and support scalable well-controlled business processes
Master Data Stewardship
- Serve as a primary data steward for customer business partner master data across ERP and connected systems.
- Execute and oversee master data activities including creation modification validation and deactivation in accordance with governance standards.
- Ensure master data accuracy completeness and consistency across legal entities regions and systems.
- Review and resolve data quality issues duplicates and inconsistencies partnering with business and technical teams as needed.
- Support data remediation efforts following audits process reviews or system migrations.
- Validate documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Procurement Finance Legal and Sales teams to support onboarding and data maintenance workflows.
Data Quality & Governance
- Enforce and support master data governance policies standards and approval workflows.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls segregation of duties and audit requirements.
- Maintain documentation SOPs and evidence supporting master data controls and governance processes.
- Participate in governance forums and contribute to continuous improvement of data standards and stewardship practices.
- Monitor data accuracy completeness and consistency across ERP and financial systems.
- Identify and resolve data issues duplicates and inconsistencies.
Credit Risk & Compliance Support
- Support credit risk monitoring by ensuring accurate maintenance of credit-relevant master data (e.g. risk categories payment terms hierarchies).
- Partner with Credit and Finance teams to support reviews escalations and periodic reassessments of business partners.
- Identify and escalate data-related risk indicators that may impact financial exposure or compliance.
- Assist in credit risk assessments for new customers.
System & Process Improvement
- Work with IT and business teams to enhance data workflows and system functionality.
- Participate in testing and implementation of system upgrades and automation initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in master data management practices.
Reporting & Documentation
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics KPIs and trends recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation and analysis management reporting audits and business reviews by providing accurate master data insights.
- Assist in developing dashboards or automated monitoring tools to improve visibility into master data health.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track data quality metrics and operational performance.
- Maintain accurate records of data changes and approvals.
Qualifications & Experience
- 25 years of experience in Master Data Management Finance Operations or related roles preferably within media entertainment or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Oracle Workday) and data governance tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Information Systems or related field. Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrixed global organization.
