Job Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor at our Casual Dining restaurant Sadlers in Fethard Co Tipperary
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead the Team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience.
- Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve.
- Lead your team effectively with on-going service standards training and personal development plans.
- Continually update service offerings in line with trends and guest expectations.
- Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.
- Manage team rosters stock costs and budgets in line with company expectations.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that communication is strong amongst the entire Restaurant Team.
