What you will be doing:

  • Provide personalized concierge services to VIP guests before during and after their stay
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively arrange services reservations and special requests
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office Housekeeping Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure flawless execution of VIP arrivals and stays
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles preferences and history to enhance future experiences
  • Handle guest inquiries requests and concerns with professionalism discretion and efficiency
  • Arrange transportation dining reservations entertainment and exclusive experiences both within and outside the hotel
  • Ensure all VIP amenities room set-ups and special touches are executed to the highest standard
  • Build strong relationships with repeat and high-profile guests
  • Stay knowledgeable about local events restaurants and attractions to provide expert recommendations
  • Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards at all times
  • Provide exceptional concierge duties such as external city reservations
  • Assist with food and beverage services in executive lounge
  • Follow department policies procedures and safety standards
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality is required
  • Les Clefs dOr an asset
  • Previous Property Management System experience required
  • Command in multiple languages is an asset
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications is required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible reliable & organized
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to focus on the guests needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Serving it Right certification required
  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings evenings overnights weekends and overtime
