Site Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee all aspects of site operations located in Berry. From planning and resourcing to client engagement and team leadership youll play a key role in delivering high-quality horticultural services.

About You

Youre a passionate and experienced horticultural professional who thrives in a leadership role.

• Qualified horticulturist with experience across high-quality garden sites
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Strong organisational and computer skills
• Comfortable managing performance and supporting apprentice development
• Hold (or willing to obtain):
• White Card
• Working With Children Check
• National Police Check (essential for this site)
• Resilient adaptable and solutions-focusedyou enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support your team to consistently meet and exceed client expectations
• Plan and oversee all horticultural activities including planting detailed pruning hedging fertilising and pest control
• Partner with the client to understand needs provide recommendations and build strong relationships
• Conduct site assessments develop work plans and allocate resources effectively
• Deliver seasonal turf and weed management programs
• Manage tools equipment and inventory
• Provide monthly reporting to management
• Champion a strong safety culture across all site activities
